At Luxe Hire, we provide delivery services for all our products throughout Melbourne. The delivery fee is determined by factors such as your location, the quantity of equipment, access considerations, and timing.

Our standard delivery hours are from 8am to 4pm, seven days a week. Deliveries outside these hours are available for an additional fee.

Our operational team will deliver all hired equipment neatly stacked at ground level in one designated location. Additional charges may apply under the following circumstances:

– Furniture needs to be transported beyond ground level in a building.
– The delivery location is more than 20 meters from our vehicle’s parking spot (e.g., shopping centers away from loading docks, parks).
– Your items require transport up stairs, escalators, lifts, or ramps.
– Delivery or collection falls outside our standard operating hours of 8am to 4pm.
– You require a specific delivery time within a 4-hour window.
– A large quantity of furniture necessitates additional crew scheduling.

If these details are not provided at the time of booking, our team reserves the right to refuse delivery or apply extra charges to the credit card provided during booking.
